DIRECTIONS:
From I-5 South in Portland, take the OMSI/City Center exit. Stay in the left lane as it merges with SE Belmont St. Drive east to SE 11th. Take a right and drive south on SE 11th to SE Powell. Go left on SE Powell. Drive east on Powell until you are through the light at SE 26th St, across the street from Cleveland High School. Pull over and park. Walk across Powell, then east along the school until the building's edge. You will see a door frame. Read the inscription above. It will explain everything. From I-5 North in Portland, take the Water Avenue exit. Go straight through the first stop sign. At one of the following streets take a left and an immediate right so that you are heading east underneath the Morrison Bridge. Continue east across MLK Jr until the road you are on merges with SE Belmont. Take a right and drive south on SE 11th to SE Powell. Go left on SE Powell.
